What if you could replace in-person and or video-recorded lectures with a professional podcast format that students can take on the go?

Educators replaced traditional three-hour recorded lectures with a series of shorter, interview-style podcasts (20–45 minutes each) featuring diverse guest experts to increase learner engagement and provide physical freedom from the computer.

As graduate nursing programs move toward asynchronous delivery, students are increasingly suffering from burnout and screen fatigue. This research proves that audio-based learning can meet the same rigorous course objectives as visual lectures while improving students' professional work-life balance and accessibility.
