Hey there! I’m Martha and I run BreakoutRN.
I went from teaching a 3-hour PowerPoint-driven lecture to a classroom full of student-led projects and high-energy discussions. I saw the difference that it made in my own classroom, how students got involved with the content, and how they were able to translate theory skills into clinical practice.
I want to share active learning ideas in the nursing education community and help educators move towards interactive, engaging classrooms and clinicals one activity at a time!
